In this paper, based the standard effective temperature SET as the thermal comfort control index, a test controller of the single air-conditioning, ceiling fan and windows three coordinated control was studied to make indoor thermal environment of the SET value in a comfortable range. Starting from the experimental analysis of the three joint control room SET control effect, this paper concluded:(1)On the human body and environment through the heat exchange and evaluation of the theory of thermal environment, SET calculation procedure was programmed.And this paper analyzed of environmental variables and the correspondence between the SET. Qualitative analysis was made about changes in various variables impact on the SET value: the value of air temperature on the most significant influence on SET, with the air temperature, SET value increases; With the increase of air humidity, SET the value of the larger , air humidity will increase people's thermal sensation; radiation temperature on the SET value has a significant impact, the greater the average radiation temperature, SET value is greater; SET value increases as the air velocity decreased, showing improving people by increasing the wind speed comfort is feasible.(2) Control model what comfort index SET controller based on was established. control mode and control strategy basing on the comfort index SET controller was developed. At the same time ,VB program was wrote to implement the control strategy.(3) Basing on the comfort index SET, controller was developed and completed, to achieve air conditioners, ceiling fans and windows of coordinated control in the experimental room. And through control tests, control devices can run well to put indoor comfort in the SET value permitted range.(4) Comparing the joint control room with the pure air-conditioned room, joint control room can open the fan and open windows,when the indoor comfort SET value was in the premise, to improve the air conditioning temperature setting and reduce turn-time air-conditioning. Finally the purpose of saving energy was achieved. |
