Mobile phone vibration motor is as one of an important part for mobile phone, which requirement is higher with the technology of mobile phone's developing. As a second supplier of vibration motor with design and manufactory in the word, M company is going on to promote the new products and assure the quality to maintain the basic and source of enterprise competition in the market. Traditional quality control mode for new product developing is difficult to face the way of working in multi-group and multi-function and cause communication information delayed and developing time extended and quality failure occurred and product cost up.Based on the situation above, taking the new product of mobile phone vibration motor developing of M company as study subjective. Combine the product quality control for management flow situation, organization structure in new model developing stage of M company, based on quality control goal to make the customers satisfied, analyze quality control problem by management flow and product itself with the flow chart and handling the technical tools and method such as concurrent engineering, benchmarking, design of experiment for process parameter, design failure mode and effect analysis, reliability test etc. to improve the management flow and product quality control for new model developing.The article is based on actual condition to study building a project management mode with concurrent design engineering for new product developing. Follow the consideration way of problem bring-forward, problem analyzing, problem solving, based on actual data in the whole study, apply the technical tools of surveyor's pole management, design of experiment, design failure mode effect and analysis etc. to improve quality design and control method. The article used all of the tools mentioned to improve the quality design and combine concurrent design engineering implementation to achieve product quality control goal from design consideration.
