| Pitching wind turbines are becoming the main current of modern wind turbines development. The pitching system is one of the most important components of pitching wind turbines. The property of pitching system can directly affect the loads the wind turbine withstands, the power curve and the quality of electricity. Therefore it is very important to test the property of pitching systems.This paper designed the test system for pitching system in the need of its designing, product and assembly. The test system includes the supporting fixing structure of hub, the loading system to simulate the load cases and the monitor system of pitching system. The supporting fixing system is used to support the hub to be tested, and fix it steadily, in order to carry on the further loading test. The loading system is used to simulate the load cases that the pitching system wills standout in operation. The monitor system of the pitching system is used to control the pitching system to make corresponding motion according test, monitor the operating parameter of pitching system in test process, analysis the obtained test parameter, and finally evaluate the pitching system.The supporting fixing structure is the system to hold the hub with pitching system, and to set loads on the hub. The loading system is made up of hydraulic tank and lever.The loading system adopts the hydraulic servo system to add loads; the loads can vary according to the control signal. This paper designed the principle diagram of the hydraulic loading system, choose some hydraulic component, got some hydraulic parameters and analysis the hydraulic loading system simulate. The analysis result showed that the load that the loading system generated can tail the change of control signal well.Due to limitation, this paper just did the kinematic test for pitching system without loading. This paper tested the static properties of the three pitching devices and synchronization of the three pitching devices. |
