With the rapid development of urban construction,in order to improve the quality of people's life,the management level of central heating which is one of the urban moder nization in frastructure construction system needs to be improved.However,for the time being,the energy consumption of our country's heating system is very large but the heating effect is relatively poor.The fundamental reason is that most of the early heating system is based on perennial work experience and the heating temperature is artificially adjusted.This kind of heating adjustment mode not only leads to low heating effect,but also exacerbates the waste of non-renewable resources.So,In the case of limited resources,how to use communication technology and computer technology to achieve automatic adjustment and control of the central heating system and ensure highest heating efficiency and lowest operating cost of the control system with scientific and safe operation is very important.This paper is based on the transformation of Dalian shipyard heat transfer station,through the design of control system and control terminal,a wireless communication module as the bridge,combined with live touch screen,achieve the construction of the centralized heat supply network control system.Apply it to heat exchanger station,the operation effect of the system,Control personnel can remotely view the field device parameters,but also according to the actual needs to achieve remote control,and ultimately to detect and control requirements.Control personnel can remotely view the field device parameters,but also according to the actual needs to achieve remote control,and ultimately to detect and control requirements.Finally,based on the characteristics of the central heating system,this paper establishes the mathematical model of the temperature control system and studies the control strategy of automatic control of heating system.It uses the basic idea of genetic algorithm to get the optimal PID controller Parameters and achieves good resultsin the system simulation.At the same time,in order to overcome the central heating system's instability caused by the pressure changes,add feedforward control methodin the temperature control process.The simulation results show that the use of the genetic algorithm and the feedforward control method in the control of the central heating systemcan improve the performance of the heating system to a certain extent,has some reference significance to the research of the related subject.
