Study On Route Technical Indicators Of Dongting Lake District Road

Rural roads are an important part of the highway network and a critical infrastructure in rural areas. Dongting Lake area is an important commodity grain production base in China, and is also an important national protected area of wetland. Its economic and social development in Hunan is in the very rewarding position.,But now the rural road infrastructure lags of the Dongting Lake is far behind the level of economic and social development. Thus, according to the specific situation in Dongting Lake area to develop a consistent design of rural highway is very necessary.Dongting Lake region formed many different sizes Polder due to historical reasons. These lake are residents gathering of production and live.According to the Polder of the characteristics of the Dongting Lake area,realize the combination the rural roads and Polder . It can Meet the transport links between Polder and also reduce to occupate the road on the Dongting Lake wetland and arable land . Combination is the focus of design of studing the lake embankment road routes in rural areas . Through the combination of lake section of rural highway embankment field survey,get the existing embankment of Dongting Lake on the route segment Index: road width, curve radius, slope length, slope, etc. Analysis of these survey data that the current lake status of rural highway: small circular curve radius, length slope, steep slope. It is unable to meet the safety travel requirements under the certain design speed .Therefore, we want to improve the road traffic safety in rural lake as the primary consideration. Reference to "highway design", "Highway Engineering Technical Standard" and the other provinces technical guidance on standards for rural roads, combined with the particular rural highway embankment of Dongting Lake area and the characteristics of the mixed traffic of Lake Country Road , devide the level of rural roads ,study the main routes in rural road specifications of Dongting Lake area .For protecting the environment of the Dongting Lake area in Highway construction ,in the basis of analyzing the impact in the road on wetland environmental,proposed the effective protection measures.Reasonable safety facilities is to improve road safety in rural areas and important measures. According to surveing the traffic safety facilities in rural roads Lakes, analysis the three main factors related to road traffic safety: the rural people, vehicle,and road,come to apply to the set method of the road side protection facilities and traffic safety signs.
