China has stepped into the era we called to build the third generation advantage pressurized-water reactor.Design passive systems and the research about nuclear safeguard are hot points to assure we use nuclear energy peacefully and safety.Power plants, safety devices, even the control systems are so complex which we built added redundancy frequently to keep their function perfect.This research is to be suggested under such background.This paper to start out with the concept of General Passive, analyzed the structure of the passive systems, the pressure relief system located in the Daya Bay, Tianwan Power plant and also the AP1000.We imitated a control system in pressure safety system belong to primary circuit with a new technology control valve and PLC (Siemens S7-200), then design a dynamic test. The experiment proved that the system we built has a satisfactory effect and we can change system's parameter conveniently in software-program. To our satisfaction, automatic level of the control system is high; the devices we used to build the system are not complicated. It is convenient for us to search error. System's reliability is good and it can be extended easily. The whole system will improve the energy utilization rate and has a lower cost.The study of this paper illustrates that it is feasible we using control valve instead of safety valve in the pressure relief system. The idea of using General Passive techniques in practical system design is of great significance. This idea is promote the systems which we will design to achieve miniaturization, intelligentize and self-power supply.
