| The leakage of water supply network is the focus of water supply industry all over the world and is an urgent problem to be solved.The leakage of pipe network has caused great waste of water resources and water pollution.Industry needs too much water and users need high quality water.Many countries in the world have done a lot of leakage analysis,and our country is in a backward position in this respect,and it is urgent to catch up with the frontier scientific research in the world.How to better manage water supply enterprises and reduce the leakage level of pipe network system,this problem involves political,economic,cultural,humanistic and other aspects.All water supply enterprises regard how to control leakage more effectively as the goal of enterprises,and take the size of leakage as the evaluation reference for the normal operation of enterprises.To optimize the leakage rate of the urban pipe network pressure control network,the following studies were carried out in view of the DMA technology,the optimized layout of the pressure relief valve in the area and the unified control scheme of the pressure relief valve cooperative water supply pump station :(1)the concept and purpose of the DMA system are expounded,and how to plan the water supply network and how to deal with the problems in the aspects of DMA design,management and maintenance are introduced;(2)Using the collected basic parameters of the pipe network to build a model in the EPANET2.0 software,the model using the empirical partition collaborative calculation verification method to carry out a DMA case study;(3)in order to better set the boundary conditions,better play the role of DMA,using the pressure relief valve set position optimization control model to better partition the pipe network,using genetic algorithm global optimization of the best pressure relief valve set position;(4)To determine the position of the pressure relief valve,and then to optimize the optimal speed ratio of the variable speed pump and the optimal setting value of the pressure after the pressure relief valve through the integrated control scheme of the pressure relief valve coordinated with the water supply pump station,and to make the layout of the whole pipe network pressure more scientific and reasonable.The results show that the DMA technology can effectively control the leakage of pipe network,and the pipe network system in different cities has different characteristics.When DMA the pipe network system,the cooperative pressure and the principle of management zoning should be carried out.A variety of different schemes need to be designed when using the empirical partition method,and then the pressure uniformity and partition reliability of each partition of different schemes are verified by calculation,and a better DMA scheme is finally recommended.DMA recommended scheme has a slight improvement in water quality in some areas.By optimizing the objective function under limited conditions,the genetic algorithm finally determines the location of the pressure reducing valve.From the optimization result of the objective function,the pressure of the guard network will decrease with the increase of the number of pressure reducing valves.However,the degree of pressure reduction is also evaluated.In the integrated control scheme of pressure relief valve cooperative water supply pump station,the speed ratio of variable speed pump and the setting value of pressure after pressure relief valve are analyzed,and the optimal speed ratio and the optimum setting value of pressure after pressure relief valve are obtained,and the whole pipe network is optimized. |
