Research On Organization Design For The Construction Of Ye Shi Highway Project

The organizational design of an engineering project refers to the conception and specific arrangements for the whole construction process of the project, it is the fundamental economic and technical guide for the preparation and implementation of a project that is or is not under construction, and it is the core and soul of the organization and management of a project. The basic purpose of the design is to make out an economical and reasonable plan and adjust the relationship among all related partners according to the nature of the project, set out scientific construction procedures and schedules, make full use of the construction site and optimize the working space and the allocation of resources on the pre-condition of ensuring quality, safety and the construction schedule, so as to make sure that the project could be carried out according to relevant standards and rules and completed timely, efficiently and safely, and enhance the project sponsor's market competitiveness for better economic, social and environmental benefits.This thesis, taking the organizational design of the Ye-Shi highway construction project in Linqu County, Weifang as the research subject, puts forward a reasonable organizational design plan and corresponding safeguard measures for the implementation of the project, by referring to the systems engineering principles, network planning technologies, work flow organization principles, working organization optimization principles and other related theories, while considering the nature and requirements of the project.The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part expounds on the background, significance and purpose of the research as well as its innovative points, and introduces the research contents and methods briefly. The second part, starting with a general introduction of the Ye-Shi highway project, sets out the main contents for the organizational design of the construction project, while analyzing the features of the design. The third part puts forward a detailed plan for the implementation of the project construction organizational design on the basis of the preceding analysis.
