Analysis Of Economical Measures For Central Air-Conditioning System

With the development of social economy, people's living standard and fast urbanization, the volume of urban construction is increasing. Large amount of social energy consumption caused by the construction of high energy consumption buildings is increasing significantly each year. As we all know, people need more comfortable place to live in, therefore, the number of building air-conditioning systems are also increasing, thus the consumption of energy caused by air-conditioning systems has becoming a larger proportion of total energy consumption of buildings.Therefore, to prevent the energy crisis, energy consumption will be the focus of the whole society, especially more demands for air conditioning system of low-cost engery. Thus, energy conservation is imperative, not only to create a saving society has an important meaning, but also leave our future generations a sustainable living space. This article will focus on energy-saving air-conditioning system of economic issues specific discussions.1. The influence on the total energy consumption which was caused by the air conditioning system was discussed in this paper. Analysis and comparsion on the technical and economic factors on different types of central air-conditioning systems were illustrated.2. Through value engineering method, economic evaluation model of energy-saving air conditioning system was established. Key steps for the evaluation model of central air conditioning on cold and heat source selection was put forward. Finally, several suggestions on the choice of energy saving schemes for air conditioning system were given in this paper.3. Using this evaluation model and methods, we evaluated a central square on a swimming pool air conditioning cold and heat source design in Qingdao, and the results showed the rationality and possibility of this research.
