Building energy efficiency is the most popular in today's global construction industry issues, vigorously promote the building in the world energy situation, the pace of global environmental degradation is still not stopped. Particularly in the 21st century, the rapid development of China's economy is in a period of rapid economic development has brought prosperity of the construction sector, building energy-saving technology is also a lot of promotion, but in fact our country is still a relatively backward economy of developing countries, the level of regional uneven development of building technology, advanced building energy saving technology in theory though the concept was to local conditions, but in practical application to have the feasibility of targeted and specific operations. So I hope that by studying the local building design applications has always been the saving method of building a modern local architecture design strategy suitable for the method of energy-saving system.Paper first analyzes the practical application of building energy efficiency design problems that science and technology to guide all, disregarding local characteristics of the short time-saving.
