Research On Management Platform Of Digitized Workshop Resources Based On ORACLE

According to the concrete conditions of manufacturing industry, through the study of the resources of the enterprise and the management of the resources,using the DELPHI programming language,a new management system of resources based on ORACLE database is developed.It belongs to three-tier C/S structure and build the model of the system's architecture and multi-level permission models.This article has realized the effective management of workshop resources which includes the management of files and lists of machine tools, cutting tools, fixtures, measuring tools, and other auxiliary tools.It also design different administration modules of the resources'borrowing,reception,loading and unloading, maintenance.This system can Carry on the cost accounting of the cutting tools' consumption,and offer automatic early warning function of the number of cutting tools.Furthermore,it designs the administration module of cutting parameter,through which we can offer the cutting parameter data for the CAPP system.Through the research,we build the general management platform of the digitized workshop resources, realize the digital management of various resources of manufacturing workshop.It also can integrate seamlessly and share data with the management system of PDM/ERP and the manufacturing system of CAD/CAM/CAPP which further improves the enterprise's information construction.
