The PWR (pressurized water reactor) has been becoming increasingly popular in the dominated nuclear countries for its economy and security. To further enhance the economy of the nuclear power station, Power of single pile is needed to increase. One arrangement scheme of the main coolant loop with four inlets, four outlets, and two steam generators (i.e. improved AP1000) is proposed by Lu Daogang of North China Electric Power University.It is a kind of arrangement scheme of the primary coolant circuit of the large-scale advanced PWR.It demonstrates the superiority of improved AP1000 by the analysis of thermohydraulics and structural dynamics. In order to prove the feasibility of this scheme, this paper performs simulation of the steady-state and LOCA transient conditions of this scheme using RELAP5 program to get the accident process of improved AP1000 and AP1000 is the same.It validated the feasibility of this scheme from the perspective of simulation. At the same time, this model provides reference for founding the model of full scope simulator.
