In today's world, with the development of economy, the traditional increasingly nervous energy supplies, nuclear power as a kind of economical, safe, clean new energy has been widespread use. In global nuclear power development conditions, the rapid development of China's nuclear power, China is the world's construction unit number first, nuclear power installed capacity in China in 2020 is expected to reach 80 million kilowatts. But, at the same time of nuclear power development, the accident at Three Mile Island and Chernobyl in the former union of Soviet socialist republics, Japan Fukushima, the bitter lesson is a wake-up call for us, the plant's safety problem is particularly important.Reactor loss of coolant accident(LOCA) as one of the higher probability of occurrence of accidents, is the focus of our research. AP1000 reactor type adopted the dynamic system design, the use of natural force, such as gravity, natural circulation, the driving force of the compressed gas, don't need to pump, fan and other driving force of the equipment and alternating current(ac). Design features of this kind of move can handle LOCA accidents, especially against large LOCA accident, raise the core damage probability of AP1000 x 10-7 / heap for 5 years, which enhance the safety of nuclear power plant greatly. Papers in the AP1000 reactor type the dynamic characteristics of reactor core cooling system on the basis of the analysis of thermal hydraulic characteristics and harms of the large LOCA accident, using REALP5 / MOD3 program of AP1000 reactor type different parts and different levels of large break accident modeling analysis, analysis of AP1000 large LOCA accident cases of dynamic response of the reactor core cooling system, calculation leakage rate of the primary loop. Research AP1000 reactor type large LOCA accident occurs, operator's main coping strategies, large LOCA accident prevention measures are put forward, so as to limit and reduce the radioactive material released to the environment, to protect the public, protect the environment.
