More emphasis is placed on the core controllable indicator system in the panning management.However,as the fast development of land system revolution and real estate industry,urban construction has become profit oriented,immaterializing environmental interest and social interest and gravely destroying the special milieu.Besides,controllable indicators commonly is regarded as limiting land development extent,neglecting the role as guiding the protection of urban special environment.Thus the research of the guided indicators in regulatory planning is a weak aspect in this field.The guided indicators of regulatory planning is to create high-quality and modern standards of the urban environment as the goal, according to artistic treatment and aesthetic principles of space, based on the relationship between urban space environment and single buildings or building groups, puts forward the comprehensive design requirements and guiding recommendations. Therefore, face with the development requirements of the New face of the city and the existing problems in the regulatory planning under the new requirements, strengthen the further research of the guided indicators has the important meaning on role of urban space environment.This paper take the further research of the guided indicators of regulatory planning for research object. First, through the relevant literature review, analyzed and summarized the regulatory role of guided indicators. Then, through analysis of a typical case of draw at home and abroad, on-the-spot investigation and comparative research methods, clearly points out the various problems of guided indicators in the regulatory planning. In the end, based on the existing problems and actual case,further study with elements from the index, index system, index the specific operational, and draw the following results.
