| In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, more and more city buildings, especially the public central air-conditioning system is used for improving indoor air quality. The central air-conditioning system is like the arteries, so if it's not well designed, operationed or managed and once be polluted, it will become indoor air pollutant source, which directly damages people's health and life safety. People are pay more attention to the indoor air quality, so it is necessary to do research on the purification technology. To improve indoor air quality and eliminate indoor air pollution has become a global strategic mission which has attracted wide attention from all the society. Photo-catalytic purification technology is a promising purification method, in view of the present indoor air purification unsatisfactory situation, this paper mainly studies Photo-catalytic for central air conditioning system in harmful microbes exterminate effect. New Photo-catalytic purification technology will be the most promising.This experiment mainly research on the effect of smooth accelerant in purifing the harmful bacteria in the central air-conditioning systems. We have adopt non-woven wiping method in testing the dirt we brought back on the surface of the duct and filter in indoor central air-conditioning of a supermarket in Shenyang. The testing place is biological laboratory in Shenyang Construction University. Through the testing of the dirt on the surface of the duct, we can judge the level of pullution of the central air conditioning system according to <>, while the surface of the filter, we find out the advantageous bacteria. Through the test on the function of advantageous bacteria on the two sorts of advantageous bacteria, we can analysis purifying the effect of Photo-catalytic's purification reaction on different kinds of bacteria on the surface of the filter and study the influence of the factors such as ultraviolet light's wavelength, light intensity, smooth accelerant primer liquid load under the experimental environment to the Photo-catalytic purification reaction.The results of the study indicate that the air-conditioning system in the supermarket is polluted with the amount of dirt of 28.4g/m2 which goes beyond <>. The two kinds of advantageous bacteria on the surface of filter are Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Staphylococcus Aureus, both of them are pathogenic bacteria that can make people infected with disease. Gram-positie organisms which is coccus is 75% of the Dust bacteria, while Gram-negative bacteria accounted for about 25 % with the shape of the bacillus. There's about 1.64 x 108 cfu of bacteria in every 1g of Dust bacteria, 4.11×107cfu of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 1.23 x 108 cfu of staphylococcus aureus. Through the experiment, we found out that there's strong killing effect of the Photo-catalytic primer liquid. Ultraviolet is the necessary condition of the Photo-catalytic primer liquid's antimicrobial effect, so in darkness, it is impossible. The sterilization rate is higher under ultraviolet of 253.7nm than of 365nm. The sterilization effect of Photo-catalytic film enhance with the enhancement of the light intensity and the increase of the primer liquid load. The longer the time of reaction, the higer of the sterilization rate is. which explains that Photo-catalytic antibacterial primer liquid is not consumed with the time but exists as a form of catalyst.This article tested the antimicrobial effect of smooth accelerant on the advantageous bacteria on the surface of the filter and analyzed the application of the Photo-catalytic purification technology in central air-conditioning. Photo-catalytic air purifier can be settled in the duct of the air-conditioning system, purifing the indoor air in bedroom, supermarket, hotel, museum, etc. |
