With the construction of low-carbon economy and further optimization of energy structure, application of natural gas and renewable energy and heat pump, in particular the use of various energy sources and low-grade energy ,the radiant floor heating system is showing strong momentum and application prospects. In this paper, by studying and analysising, the applications of the current floor heating, energy structure and energy consumption and floor heating problems are researched and conducted in Beijing. The structure of pre-groove floor heating is studied by numerical simulation and experimental testing method. The finite element method and ANSYS software are used to simulate the heat transfer process and optimize the structural parameters of the pre-groove floor heating.Established the continuous heating and intermittent heating experimental tests to analysis the thermal performance and thermal environment of the room, and obtain the pre-groove floor heating floor surface temperature distribution, heat dissipation per unit area, maintenance of the structure surface temperature, indoor temperature distribution in the vertical gradient, warm-up time rule, which studied under the condition of the different average temperature of hot water, temperature and flow.Compared the numerical simulation results with experimental results, which used to correct other conditions numerical simulation results. By simulating Pre-groove floor heating structure, from different pipe, plastic and ground brick layer, the average water temperatures, to different diameter and the tube distance, the data of heat capacity and heat loss are obtained, which support the design of the floor heating. From the economic aspect to evaluate the pre-groove floor heating, considering the current market prices of construction materials, the cost of per heat load and the cost of non-full laying are adopted. The optimal solution to the average cost of a heating season at the full life cycle of terminal units are derived, which surport the manufacturing and application of pre-groove floor heating system.By calculating heating cable thermal resistance to approximately calculate the heat loss rate, while used ANSYS11.0 software simulate to compare and analyze the results of approximate calculation ,which prove the method is reliable.
