| Wheel Loader mainly is used to load some bulk materials and to shovel, which is widely applied in construction, mining, railways, highways, or other national economic sectors. The Front Frame is the basis component of the work equipment of the loader, in which the other components are assembled. The strength and stiffness of the front frame direct have an influence on complete machine's use. The holes in the front frame, which are used to connect lift-arm, lift-arm hydraulic cylinder and bucket hydraulic cylinder, is important in design. If the strength and stiffness of those holes are unreasonable in design, these not only have some bad influence on assembly, but also result in interference among lift-arm, lift-arm, lift-arm hydraulic cylinder, bucket hydraulic cylinder, rocker and front frame, even mangle hydraulic cylinder and piston pole, which make loader not work and destroy the front frame.Papers, which base on international large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, have some stress analysis on the front frame in some typical condition, get the whole stress distributions in the many working conditions. In this study based on the automation of the front frame strength, stiffness parameter calculation method. Finally, base on the contrast between theoretical study and actual results, papers study the design and calculation of front frame. This paper provide a theoretical basis for the design of the front frame of a loader, which can shorten the design cycle, greatly enhancing economic efficiency. |
