Today,Moverable Scafold System(MSS) are used more popular in high-speed railway system, passsager transportation line system, highway or urban track traffic system then before,but the number is still very few.As far as current situation is concerned, these products are very heavy.and the design of these product is still in primary stage.so,lt is much more needed that we optimize these product in relevance degree promptly.MSS is a construction equipment which carried whole structure on it's box-sheped prmary beam and use formwork of it's own casting to form a needed concrete product. It's peculiarity is as follow:high quality, operating easily and promptly.owing to these Merits,it plays a important role in the scaffold. At the same time,the construction is safer,and the intensity of work can be reduced, but the construction is more efficientThis paper introduces an application procedure to analyze MSS'strained condition during the construction of concrete beam and movement between two pier stud. According to the existing research methods and latest Finite Element Numerical Anlysis technology,the author combines structure design and optimization design of three dimensional finite element in a unit.Using the and distor result as inhibit condit.the main condition as design variable and the minimum of frame structure longitudinal distortion value as gloal function.The frame structure optimum design has been made.By optimum design the main geometric dimension parameters of frame structureare determined.The optimized results are compared with each other. The least volume are determined which improveed price competitiveness.Use the AN SYS FEA simulation software, we can take a variety of possible defect of the products at the design stage, and comprehensively optimizate the process parameters for shorten the design cycle and push it for higher quality. FEA structure annsys design model can reduce structure weight, optimize process to reduce production cost,with the guarantee of safty,quality and stabilityThe technique of structure optimization this paper adopted is not only fit for the structure optimization of structure design, but also for optimization of other problems with thermal effect, especially linear non-linear and uncertain relationship.We can modify command flow with corresponding program in the anslysis model.lt is very easy for us to do extension research.
