Electro-hydraulic proportional control is a branch of the development potential in the fluid transmission and control technology, and has been widely applied in the industrial field. But the application of the present case, its technology is not mature enough. For example, inadequate design theory and Proportional Valve structure closed-loop system not so much. Electrolytic production of lead needed to solve technical problems is that How to adopt effective control method to ensure fast, stable and effective completion of the extraction of conductive rod in the cathode rod drawing out production line of the process of electrolytic refining of lead. Therefore, the equipment of drawing out Lead's electric rod closed-loop electro-hydraulic proportional control of the study has good theoretical research and practical engineering.On the basis of checking a large number of domestic and foreign data, this Paper summarized research status and development trend of the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and the equipment of drawing out Lead's electric rod, analyzed of their advantages and disadvantages, ensured the content and direction of this paper.Analyzed the requirements of drawing out rod of lead's electrolytic, which's process flow determined. Designed the mechanical structure of the drawing out rod device. Adopt new methods and devices of drawing out rod can solve the reliability issues of drawing out rod effectively.View of the current commonly used electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system, there is pressure compensation error problem, conducted a theoretical analysis, and proposed a new method about Pressure Compensation. Through the calculation and analysis, selected and used of system components reasonably, Well-designed electro-hydraulic proportional control system of speed about electro-lead rod drawing out unit. Established the mathematical model of the proportional amplifier, proportional electromagnet, electro-hydraulic proportional valve and displacement sensor respectively, on this basis, according to the actual parameters of the system, established electro-hydraulic proportional valve-controlled hydraulic cylinders power agencies and the electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system mathematical model, from the theoretical aspect of the open loop and the closed-loop system has been dynamic, static and stability analyzed, concluded that the system is unstable.The system is analyzed and simulated by using computer engineering software MATLAB/Simulink toolbox, found the same conclusion with theoretical analysis. For the valve controlling cylinder speed control system is instability, used PID control method proofread the system, Choose a suitable PID parameters. Comparative analyzed of simulation about the static and dynamic characteristics of before and after correction. Through correcting of the PID, in the premise of ensuring control accuracy, the system has reached the stability requirement. Satisfied the needs of actual production.At last, through the hydraulic CAT test systems and equipment to run trial concluded the data, experimental researched on system. Through experimental data analysis, the system met the design requirements, to meet production targets.
