Based on this background, Danny design was established as architecture design company.First, This thesis expatiated architecture design project management correlative theory, and, analyzed the home architecture design project management developing the current situation studying, emerged the shortage in the homeland architecture design project management. Secondly, proceed from the angle of architecture design project management, analyzed the old design management model of danny design, found out the existing problems during the project process. According to these, by applying methods of WBS, recourse balance methods, Critical Path Method and other technology and tools of project management, the author put forward some improving measures for these existed problems from the angle of Project Progress Management, Quality Management, HR Management, Cost Management, and Communication management and so on.
