Research On The Evaluation Of Resource Allocation In Urban Passenger Traffic

There is a contradictory phenomenon in resource allocation in urban passenger traffic of China. Sometimes the resources are very limited, while sometimes many resources have been consumed in vain. Without effective coordination and combination, different ways of transportation are operating independently. How to achieve an effective resource allocation in urban passenger traffic is an important issue which is in urgent need of solution.This paper makes some clear definitions about some concepts at first, including urban passenger traffic, resource of traffic and transportation system and resource allocation, summarizing the current situation of urban passenger traffic and analyzing the problems in the allocating resources of urban passenger traffic. Then, based on the features of the resource allocation in urban passenger traffic, an evaluating index system has been constructed. Finally, a model based on the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been established and calculation and analysis has been made.By far, both home and abroad, research on the evaluating index system of the resource allocation in urban passenger traffic is still at a starting stage. This paper has formed a set of evaluating technical system of the resource allocation in urban passenger traffic by constructing an evaluating index system of the resource allocation in urban passenger traffic and an evaluating model, which is of realistic meaning.
