As the objective need of the energy conservation is development on the national economy, while coordinating the overall strategy plan of our country building energy conservation the overall strategy plan, our country has constructed the energy conservation work change the key point in hot summer and cold winter zone from 1999.First of all, unifies the climate and the environment characteristic of the hot summer and cold winter zone ,this article carried the system design of the cavity heat insulation wall on domestic and foreign to building standard's stipulation, the wall material, the thickness size of the wall and the cavity, design of bar connectors and the earthquake resistance measure.Secondly, this article carried the experimental studies on 6 film cavity heat insulation walls under low cyclic load. The experimental test had mainly considered the wall's ratio of highly to width, the vertical compressed stress, construct the column and the inner lamella wall thickness. It has analyzed the wall stress characteristic, the destruction mechanism and the wall rigidity degenerates, the distortion to consume energy, earthquake resistance targets and so on .It also has analyzed clamped the core wall the joint operation characteristic through contrasting the core wall plane inside and outside level relative displacement.Thirdly, this article has carried on the contrastive analysis through contrasts the standard formula to clamp the cavity walls theory and the experimental value, and it put forward a formula for calculating bearing capacity of the sandwich wall, the experimental value and the predicted value tallies well.Finally, during experimental analysis,this article carried on the simulation analysis to the experimental wall by the ANSYS misalignment finite element analysis software. It selected the reasonable unit type, establishes the appropriate bricking-up, the concretes this construction relations and the failure criterion. Through the analysis, it obtained the cavity wall's respectively anti-cuts the supporting capacity analysis value, the initial crack form and in the outer lamella distortion coordination tendency. Compared the analysis result with the experimental value and the theoretical value, the result was consistent basically.
