Pulse and blood oxygen is one of the important parameters of human physiology,they contain a wealth of physiological or pathological information,so the pulse and blood oxygen non-invasive,real-time and continuous monitoring is of great significance.Pulse oximetry is the equipment testing pulse oxygen saturation,it according to the lambert beer's law,to deal with the photoelectric volume pulse wave,so as to realize the human pulse and oxygen saturation parameter detection.Traditional pulse oximetry is mostly individual medical instrument,the instrument can only be used in hospital and complex operation,not real-time continuous monitoring in daily life the body's pulse and blood oxygen,more can't satisfy people to give priority to in order to prevent family health new demand.With the high-speed development of mobile Internet in recent years,science and technology unceasing enhancement,the researchers will not intervene physiological signal detection technology into daily wear clothing,devices,and combined with wireless transmission technology,mobile Internet,there emerged a new medical model,mobile medical treatment.This equipment can let users in does not affect the daily work and life human physiological parameters under the condition of continuous real-time detection,early detection of disease control and prevention,which plays an important role in early diagnosis,early treatment.In order to realize real-time continuous noninvasive detection in our daily life pulse blood oxygen parameters,this paper developed a wearable pulse blood oxygen monitor watch.In terms of hardware,the design to meet the wearable medical instrument miniaturization,low power consumption and wireless transmission requirements,use integrated device as far as possible,in order to simplify the complexity of the circuit,to realize the miniaturization of equipment,USES the integrated bluetooth low energy processing chip QN9020 as MCU,choose SFH7050 blood oxygen sensor,this is the collection of light LED and the photosensitive sensor receiving tube.Pre filter amplifier circuit was designed,and this paper,the SFH7050 processing signals collected,recognition processing efficiency and accuracy of this algorithm is improved.On the software side,in order to meet the same moment double wavelength of information collected,designed a precise timing control,make the red light and infrared light shine alternately in the short intervals.Specially designed for resistance to motion adaptive interference cancellation algorithm,using the algorithm to eliminate interference of movement,enhance the accuracy of the calculated results and the accuracy.Tests show that the research and development of wearable pulse blood oxygen monitor watches can accurately obtain the pulse of the human body and blood oxygen saturation value,and a wireless communication,small volume,low power consumption,resistance to movement interference,etc.Adaptive cancellation algorithm is designed in this paper can effectively eliminate the influence of the human body movement to the computing result and the device can accurately detect parameters of pulse oxygen saturation,to achieve continuous detection in the daily life and work.
