| Micro-switch's low value,small input-out ratio, led to lack of automatic assembly equipment in the micro-switch auto-assembly areas. At present, the micro-switch mainly assembled by hands,caused the low production efficiency, labor-intensive and difficult to control the quality. After doing the investigation and decomposed the production process,the micro-automatic assembly line was designed,which had obtained some achivements. It was based on the dimensions of the various parts and its inter-relationship between components, analysis the strategy of micro-parts assembly.The automatic assembly line, included parts of the automatic sorting conveyor systems, automatic assembly systems and control systems, the main assignment and achivements obtained are as follows:Based on the requirement of the assembly of various parts, diffrent automatic orientation devices were designed in accordance to the structural characteristics of these kinds of elements. By the theory of kinematics and dynamics, the force of parts in the automatic transmission process of sorting was analysised, from which some performance indexes that may impact on the efficiency of automatic orientation was drawn. The prototype has succeeded in debugging in the enterprise.According to the assembly technical process, closed loop mode was used in the assembly line, some assembly mechanism were designed,such as button assembly, hardware Riveting foot placement, floor installation. As well as special transportation ways and clamping device designed for irregular or small elements, the assembly unit was relatively independent and realized the accurate positioning and automatic installation of various components, which effectively improved the efficiency of assembly. The automatic assembly systems have been initially installed, and one key technology has been accepted for national invention patent.Comparing with several control methods widely used, and considering design requirements, FX1N-40MT-001 of PLC was selected, control procedures in accordance with assembly technical process was established, PLC received signal from the sensor and reasonably control the cylinderand the motor, force them to complete the transpotation, rivet, loading and unloading materials and other functions.The micro-switch auto-assembly production line designed in this paper achieved automatic orientation of parts, transmission, automatic fixturing, automatic assembly. |
