| In the nearest one hundred years, the mankind has improved their lives along with the rapid development of science and technology. However, people's desire will not be satisfied forever, they will go on devote major efforts to developing economy and pursuit high economic interests in order to fulfilling their lusts, but never care about the law of nature. In the result, a series of environmental problems appeared, such as depletion of natural resources, ecological unbalance, predatory use of resources, environmental pollution and so on. Whereas these environmental problems have affected the development of our social economy and have became a major issue of attention all over the world nowadays. In December 2009, held in Copenhagen,"United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change"15th Meeting of the Parties cum"Kyoto Protocol"5th Meeting of the Parties discussed global warming, environmental pollution and a series of environmental problem. Take that as background, through demarcation of relevant concepts of environment, for example, environmental problem, environmental equity and social equity, the thesis analyzed the relation between environmental problem and environmental equity, environmental equity and social equity as well as environmental equity and social harmony under modern time circumstances, and made an in-depth research on approach which government solve environmental inequity and relevant social inequity.Because environmental problems bring about some environmental equity problems and relevant social equity problems, environmental inequity strengthen social inequity, on the contrary, social inequity improve environmental inequity. In the end, there are more and more environmental problems and its influence also become quite bad. Face to this situation, we must take some measures, for instance, we should strengthen people's equity sense, improve economic development, perfect laws and policies and so on. Only like this, we will have chance to achieve environmental equity and social equity, and there is only friendship between human beings and nature, human beings and society. |
