Anaerobic biological technology is an importment part of organic wastewater treatment technology. In condiction of high COD romval rate, it will be more strict for us to design and supervise the anaerobic reactor. In hydrolyzation-leavening stage, hydrogenogennesis acetogenic stage and methanogenic stage of biochemical reaction, the COD degradation rate of anaerobe directly determines the COD treatment capacity of anaerobic reactor because anaerobe is the"soul"of anaerobic reactor.Every stage belongs to different kings of anaerobe, so the COD degradation rate of every stage has great difference. The methanogenic process, which is the slowest in them, is the rate-limiting step. It is the key factor to the stable operation of anaerobic reactor. More over, the structure and operation of anaerobic reactor, such as COD, pH and HRT of influent, directly affects the transfer process of substance and energy between anaerobe and wastewater. Finally it will also affect the COD degradation rate of anaerobe. According to the anaerobic digestion theory and the analysis of anaerobic reactor, the dissertation, which is aimed to the particular wastewater, studied the start-up pattern and operation specificity of anaerobic reactor, such as UASB. The results are as follows:1,Using Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor (effective volume is 6L) to treat methanol wastewater in condition of 35±2℃and the COD removal rate kept more than 90%, the effluent COD was kept lower than 1000mg/L while VLR reached to 44 kgCOD/m3·d~46kgCOD/m3·d.2,Using UASB(effective volume is 3L) to treat potato wastewater in condition of 35±2℃, pH 5.5~7, and the COD removal rate kept about 85%, the effluent COD was kept lower than 5000mg/L while VLR was about 30kgCOD/m3·d.3,Using Vertical Anaerobic Baffled Reactor(VABR) to treat pulp mill wastewater in the condition of 37±1℃, the VLR could reach to 3kgCOD/m3·d in 1 month. And the COD removal rate was kept about 40%~50%. The secondary start-up of VABR could be finished in a short time while production accident happened.Keeping the maxium COD removal rate about 40%~50%, the reactor could reach to 7kgCOD/m3·d finally.The results of experiments have important theoretical and engineering significance on anaerobic biological treatment of organic wastewater.
