Anaerobic biological technology is an importment part of organic wastewater treatment technology. For some chemicals, if you can know the anaerobic degradation capabilities, and in stable condition and under high COD removal, anaerobic bacteria that can withstand the maximum organic loading rate. When an engineering wastewater mainly contains the substance, we can be more rigorous and economically designed reactor, minimizing the area of investment and operating costs, easy operation and management.Will also deepen understanding of the characteristics of anaerobic microorganisms, and will get a better experience on their ability of the organic load .Based on the principle of anaerobic digestion, in the working principle of the reactor based on the analysis, for several chemicals, such as anaerobic UASB reactor from the start and running characteristics of law, the main findings are as follows:1. Using Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor (effective volume is 3L) to treat acetone in condition of 35±2℃and the COD removal rate kept more than 90%, while VLR of acetone reached to 21kg/(m~3·d) and VLR reached to 40 kgCOD/(m~3·d).2. Using Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor (effective volume is 3L) to treat formaldehyde in condition of 35±2℃and the COD removal rate kept more than 90%, while VLR of formaldehyde reached to1.6kg/(m~3·d) and VLR reached to 40 kgCOD/(m~3·d). Anaerobic adaptation of formaldehyde, its limited capacity to withstand the impact of formaldehyde, formaldehyde is not to be elevated the load, otherwise easily lead to deterioration of the water.3. Using Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) reactor (effective volume is 3L) to treat ethylene glycol, sorbitol, propylene glycol, in ensuring the removal rate above 90%, operating stability of the reaction the highest volume load devices, respectively, to achieve 14kgCOD / (m~3·d), 13kgCOD / (m~3·d), 5.8kgCOD /(m~3·d). Ethylene glycol load capacity is 6.7kg/m~3·d , and propylene glyco load capacity is 4.5kg/(m~3·d) . If you continue to improve its load, the effluent COD removal and the pH will decrease, and the reactor will face the risk of acidification.Test results on the anaerobic biological treatment has a high scientific value and engineering value.
