| The global ecological environment now has a series of problems, especially, the problem of climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions has become the focus of attention of all countries in the world.China is now the world’s largest developing country, with the rapid economic development, China’s energy saving and emission reduction should be put on the agenda.Urbanization is an inevitable process of development of various countries. In the process of urbanization, the population agglomeration effect, consumption promotion effect, spatial expansion effect and industrial structure effect have important influence on carbon emission.Study on the specific impact of urbanization on carbon emissions in Yunnan Province, to promote urbanization in Yunnan Province, to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction is of great significance.In this paper, the effects of urbanization process on carbon emissions are analyzed from the aspects of population agglomeration effect, consumption promotion effect, spatial expansion effect and industrial structure effect.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the empirical analysis is carried out.First, LMDI index decomposition method combining the Kaya identity through the constructed urbanization marginal carbon emission model and marginal change of carbon emission rate model, selected in Yunnan Province in 2000-2014 urbanization rate data and carbon emissions data, calculate the data.In order to better from the multi factor angle for energy saving and emission reduction in Yunnan province put forward effective suggestions, this paper uses VAR model to analyze the relationship between carbon emission intensity and its driving factors.This paper selects the urban social total retail sales of consumer goods, the whole society investment in fixed assets, industry natural science, an independent research firm technological staff number, energy intensity, the proportion of secondary industry, the urban population of the several groups of data rate, stationary test.The data were tested for stability, cointegration test and VAR model. Finally, the impulse response function analysis and variance decomposition analysis were carried out.Finally, according to the actual situation in Yunnan Province, combined with the Yunnan province in the process of urbanization in some of the difficulties of energy conservation, and put forward the corresponding constructive comments:To promote technological innovation and accelerate the technological upgrading; combined with the upgrading of industrial structure, promote construction of low carbon zones; realization of land use of low-carbon technology; promote the construction of low carbon city, advocate low carbon life; develop Yunnan characteristic of low carbon Tourism; positive development of forest carbon sequestration, implementation of carbon sinks trading patterns. |
