Oilfield multi-purpose station as an important oilfield gathering transportation production processes, assuming the oil and gas processing and gathering transportation tasks.The efficient, safe and reliable operation of oilfield multi-purpose station system directly relates to the oil and gas gathering transportation system.But with the oilfield entering into high water rate period, the energy consumption, processing efficiency, etc are constantly changing, so optimizing the production process of oilfield multi-purpose station system in order to save the cost of production operation is very necessary; Meanwhile ,building the dynamic simulation system of the oilfield multi-purpose station system production process is to simulate the whole oilfield multi-purpose station system production process.And the establishment of the dynamic simulation can provide the basis for process analysis.This thesis firstly develops the software platform of web-based Oilfield multi-purpose station.The whole system software selects B/S for network architecture, the thesis proposes a method of solving the main difficulties of web-based process simulation software development - the interface development: using configuration software to configure the simulation picture and using SVG technology let static configuration files be used to the Web client page,and in the client page through Javascript scripting language operate graphic elements in SVG document, and use Ajax technology to achieve the asynchronous communication between the server and client ,and this will demand the requirement of real-time process simulation. The thesis selects the Gu 1th oil field multi-purpose station as the research object,based on the above software platform to develop the dynamic simulation system and production parameters optimization system of the Gu 1th oil field multi-purpose station. In dynamic simulation system development,firstly establish the mathematic models of the actual production process of the Gu 1th oil field multi-purpose station,and then according to the actual production process of the Gu 1th oil field multi-purpose station,using the new proposed ideas of interface development in the thesis,develop the interface of dynamic simulation.In production parameters optimization system, firstly choose some equipments of the Gu 1th oil field multi-purpose station which hava much effect on the Gu 1th oil field multi-purpose station energy saving and can be easily reformed to do the equipment energy equilibrium analysis, and by establishing the energy balance model of each device , analyse the energy distribution of each device. To optimize production parameters of the Gu 1th oil field multi-purpose station, firstly define the least production cost that produce qualified oil needed as optimization target, find out the process parameters which hava more influence on optimization target as the optimized variables, this thesis selects the dosage of demulsifier, the settlement time of secondary sedimentation tank and the outlet temperature of furnace as the optimized variables, then define the moisture content that meets production regulation and the import and export operation pressure of the equipment as optimizing model inequality constraints;define the first law of thermodynamics and kinetic energy conservation as optimization model equality constraints, after establishing optimization model, using genetic algorithm to solve the optimization model. Finally, this thesis compares the optimized results and the no optimization parameters , in order to determine the rationality of optimization.
