At present, most of oil fields have stepped into a late middle period of its crude oil exploration and other links, but some problems has also emerged: the moisture content in the process of crude oil exploration is becoming higher and higher; the applications and equipments are aged and rusty; the training of the workers can not keep up with the trend of the times. By analysis of the current situation and the development tendency of the multi-purpose station system, the thesis proposes a new automatic plan for the multi-purpose station: developing a set of simulation system of the station, which serves the further development of training simulation system.In domestic field, the study on the exploitation of the simulation system of the multi-purpose station is just at its beginning. Although many documentaries and materials have kinds of records about the energy-saving plans, most of them are decentralized and not qualified for the actual development of the oil field. Through the simulation of the field devices and with the purpose of improve the multi-purpose station's operational efficiency. This issue will make the investment into the multi-purposed station more scientific and the field devices operated in a more energy-saving way. On the other hand, the simulation plans can lower the energy consumption other multi-purpose stations of the oil field and other field, thereby the economic efficiency of all the oil field will increase and their cost of production will decrease.There are two main tasks of the exploitation of the simulation system of multi-purpose station: one is the exploitation of OPC Server, in which the establishment of mathematic model for all of the application and equipments of multi-purpose station is more important. We adopt polymerization mechanism, abstract a mathematic model from the equipment of multi-purpose station and solve the model by Runge-Kutta method. Then we exploit an OPC Server for the model during which we make use of the rapid development kit. The other is the picture simulation through configuration software by which we add dynamic data point, add OPC driver into the SCU as mentioned above and configure data base; meanwhile the configuration of database should be connected with the established OPC Sever to successfully realize the data transmission and accomplish the requirement of the issue. Thus we succeed in exploiting the simulation system of multi-purpose station for the oil field and provide a good premise for the exploitation of training simulation system of the multi-purpose station.
