Aluminum industry is one of the most important basic raw and processed materials industry in the country economy development, it cause highly consumption of energy the same time. Optimize the scheduling problem of production process in aluminum industry is a forward direction of study in the international academe and industry, It has specific applied background and biggish difficulty. Research on the scheduling problem of production in aluminum industry, the researching production can help the corporation improve the degree of celerity, and realize the process of manufacture rationalization, automatization and integration, consequently, the competition of market and benefit of corporation in global economy will be advanced. This thesis is based on the project called the research on the method of process industry's pattern recognition, optimization search and scheduling which is a part of the important national natural science found project: the research on theory and method of metallurgy process control. The project serial is 60634020. Using the technology of multi-agent and correlated theory of distributed artificial intelligence, the design of scheduling system in aluminum industry production was in-depth studied. The major researched aspects are listed as follows:1.Analyzing the scheduling problem in aluminum industry production in-depth, firstly, divide the whole process of aluminum industry production into four phases, Contra pose the different characteristics of each phase, the scheduling problem is investigated; next, from the macroscopical point of view, the four production phases are abstracted as working procedure, the whole aluminum industry is abstracted as virtual enterprise; finally, using the technology of multi-agent, the system configuration of aluminum industry production is established.2.Owing to the database and the model and algorithms library are the hard core of scheduling system to realize scheduling, this thesis detailedly design the two part separately, take the Agent in virtual enterprise level and one of the four leaguer level Agents as a example, study on the scheduling problem of production in aluminum industry in-depth.3.Above these investigation, detailedly design the alternate surface and the interface inside. After testing the scheduling system, the testing result shows that the optimal scheduling system satisfy the anticipative objective on the whole, it has evidently optimal effect, and it has definitely directive meaning for actual production.
