| Chemical industry is one of national strategic fields.Each country attaches great importance to construction of chemical project. With the increasing competition in the domestic chemical project, more and more companies choose to go abroad to develop.These companies use EPC model to compete with outside companies. In the complex environment, contractors face with a variety of risk factors.Chemical projects have large-scale investment and long construction period.So how to control risk is very important.This paper uses systems analysis and coordination to deal with the risk of chemical project.First,we use risk identification such as Delphi and Checklist method to analysis the factors of chemical risk and build chemical risk management system.Then we assess this system in qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.In the qualitative evaluation,we use ISM to assess risk.In this model, adjacency matrix and reachability matrix are used to find out the relationship of risk factors,then decision-makers can make decision easily.In the quantitative evaluation, this paper builds an engineering project risk assessment model on Fuzzy mathematics integrated method and AHP method.The paper gives one example for each example.At last,this paper gives preventive measures of risk for enterprises. |
