With its advantages of low cost, simple device structure, high pump efficiency and wide range of adaptation, screw pump is widely used in oil fields. The status of well and pump will change in long production of the screw pump. Due to the imperfect technical management and production management, failure and unreasonable working condition of screw pump well can not be timely discovered, which affects the application effect of lifting technique of screw pump. Therefore, the study of macro-dynamic control chart of screw pump has directive significance to improve the production and management level of screw pump well. In this paper, the flow pattern of the produced liquid in the screw pump and wellbore is analyzed; the mathematical model between flowing pressure and the volumetric efficiency of screw pump is established on the basis of the consideration of various factors on the volumetric efficiency. The calculation method of the reasonable production flow pressure of bottom hole is set. A new macro-dynamic control chart of screw pump wells using non-dimensional coordinates is established; The boundary principles of the regional of the dynamic control chart is ddetermined to overcome the shortage of the macro-dynamic control chart of traditional screw pump wells. The software"dynamic control diagram of screw pump well"was programmed using Delphi 7.0.The software was applied to diagnosing and adjusting parameters of thirty four screw pump wells of Daqing Oil Recovery Plant No.×. The results show that the diagnostic coincidence rate of the dynamic control diagram of screw pump well was 91.1%, the effective rate of adjusting parameters was 94.1%.
