| With its advantages of low cost, high pump efficiency, strong adaptability and low power consumption, screw pump is widely used in oil fields. With the continuous expansion of application scale of screw pump, the relatively lagging of testing and diagnosis technology, failure and unreasonable working condition of screw pump well can not be timely discovered, some screw pump wells run under sick conditions, thus affecting the application effect of lifting technology of screw pump. Therefore, the development of dynamic control diagram of screw pump well has directive significance on improving the production and management level of screw pump well.In this paper, the mathematical model between the volumetric efficiency of screw pump and flowing pressure was established on the basis of the consideration of the impact of gas and leakage on the volumetric efficiency; maximum and minimum boundary curves of volumetric efficiency of dynamic control diagram of screw pump well were drawn according to the mathematical model; by further analysing the volumetric efficiency curve of eight kinds of screw pump, minimum reasonable volumetric efficiency boundary line was determined for the screw pump to work normally; mathematical models of calculating flowing pressure of screw pump were obtained; due to limited field data, maximum and minimum reasonable flowing pressure boundary lines were determined for the screw pump well to work normally based on practical experience; the method of drawing the dynamic control diagram of screw pump well was given. The software"dynamic control diagram of screw pump well"was programmed Using V B 6.0.The software was applied to diagnosing and adjusting parameters of twenty three screw pump wells of Daqing Oil Recovery Plant No. 1. The results show that the diagnostic coincidence rate of the dynamic control diagram of screw pump well was 91.3%, the effective rate of adjusting parameters was 92.3%. |
