The Research On Theapplication Of Green Concept In Children's Sweater Design

"Green concept"becomes more and more important with the growing requirements of nature, healthy and safety. This concept has been applied into design and manufacture, and it focuses more on the kids'apparel in application of textiles.This research focused on the safety analysis on kids'apparel in both export and sales in domestic market with the basic idea of Green, in order to summarizing analysis methods. To finish this, broad technical regulation and testing standards have been organized and summarized, especially for those regulation and standards in nation and Europe.Green Concept was been applied into the six sections of design process, color, material, structure, style, decoration and manufacture. Color design with Green Concept means excluding chemical and biological harm; material design with Green Concept a focuses on chemical safety; structure design with Green Concept means machine safety; style and decoration design also need to take consider of the machine safety. High requirements are required in the Green manufacture process. Real examples were analyzed and represented in thesis while considering each aspect.On the other hand, a new kids'apparel design method was build with costumer emotional requirements. Based on the huge data base, this new method is expected to bring profit for kids'apparel industry.This research is very pragmatic, meeting the needs of the society. It will provide the practical guide and reference to the designers in the related enterprises and the consumers of the kids' wear, making them better understand this industry's technical regulation and standard. Meanwhile, the inspiration is also available that green concept should be formed automatically by consciousness no matter in design, production and consumption, and thus can pave a new path for the green development of kids' wear.
