| The cementing technique for Associated Gas in Changqing Oilfield mining of Petrochina Changqing Oilfield Production Plant No.5on the north of Jiyuan Oilfields district is located in the northern Erduos ba-sin, recoverable reserves of2.8x104t, The block layer drilling oil and gas ratio as high as78.3-98.6m3/t, is rich in crude oil associated gas resources. In early2011, the block associated gas measuring2.11x108Nm3, supporting construction has a capacity of3.0x104Nm3/d associated gas recycling, a small number of used for heating and power generation, effective utilization only to44%. The remaining56%of the asso-ciated gas in the process of mining processing storage natural volatilization or eliminate in the form of the torch burning. It will cause great waste of resources, aggravate the atmospheric pollution and ecological destruction. In the situation of domestic pollution emissions, it not only conforms to the national environ-mental requirements and sustainable development, but also improves the efficiency of oil associated gas application and oilfield development economic benefits.Firstly, this article investigate the distribution of the northen Jiyuan Oilfield crude oil associated gas resources. Making the study to oil-gas mixture transportation, oil-gas separation methods, gas-collecting mode and other related equipment, which combine with oil-surface engineering technology application of "secondary embattling mode" and airtight gathering and transferring flow applications. Secondly, ana-lyzes the gas collecting effect and economic efficiency by using the geographical conditions, site construction and production management actual situation to substantiate three princip-al factors to gas-collecting. The core techniques are single well booster to pry (transfer station) of oil and gas mixing technology, pressure lever (transfer station) crude oil and gas separation and separation point to union station (associated gas recycle bin) pressurized gas transmission techniques. Finally, in the end of the associated gas recycle bin (light hydrocarbon factory) for processing and recycling in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of associated gas. |
