Jiyuan oilfield is a multi-layer reservoir superimposed development.The main oil-bearing layers are Jurassic(Yan 10,Yan 9,Yan 8,Yan 4 + 5)and Triassic(Chang 9,Chang 8,Chang 4 + 5,Chang 3,Chang 2).Among them,Chang 9 oil-bearing formation has complex structure,faults,and complex oil-water relationship,which has become a new formation developed in Triassic Yan formation.How to realize effective development,not only the influence of boundary property,but also the heterogeneity of reservoir and complex oil-water relationship should be considered.In view of the geological characteristics of Jiyuan oilfield and the problems existing in its development,this study applies the methods of geological modeling and numerical simulation to the study of reservoir foundation's stratigraphic characteristics,structural characteristics,reservoir characteristics,sedimentary characteristics and production performance,and uses the knowledge of reservoir engineering to optimize the technical policy of oilfield development.In order to confirm the structural characteristics of Chang 9 reservoir in Jiyuan oilfield,this paper compares the small layers with the interpretation of related earthquakes,and shows that Chang 9 reservoir presents the shape of nose-like uplift.The reason why the oil resources are so rich is that the East and west sides of Chang 9 reservoir are constrained by faults.Chang 9 Reservoir has established a reservoir enrichment model,and defined the oil-water distribution law and its control factors.The oil-water contact relations of different types,i.e.type I direct contact,type II thin layer contact and type III stable barrier separation,are defined.According to the actual geological characteristics of different oil wells,through volume ratio,combined with numerical simulation and reservoir engineering methods in production practice,such as production index curve and chart method,the rational development policies of different types of oil wells in Chang 9 reservoir of Jiyuan oilfield are formulated.The reverse nine-point pattern of oil production in type I and II reservoirs is mainly directional wells,supplemented by horizontal well tackling test.In order to increase the production of single well,these methods have achieved good results in field application.
