Gas injection development request the equipment more higher standard thanwater injection development during operation because of high pressure gas has its owncharacteristics. The paper develops the research of strength analysis and intensity check of thecasing string of A2 hole. Through research,it is be found that the wellhead of this well needbe changed for safety. This design target to study the distribution of the gas pressure in the gasflood well mainly concern with the features of the high-pressure gas first,then solve thedistribution of the gas pressure both under the dynamic and static states according to balanceddifferential equation,draw the conclusion that the static pressure is the heaviest interiorpressure and dynamic pressure decrease when pipe diameter decreases,thus offer thetheoretical foundation for calculating interior pressure and the primary election of the gasflood pipes. According to the distribution of the gas pressure,from safe and economic aspectto design and primarily elect several suiTablele gas flood pipes. Combining gas flood pipes'working state,analyze the axial pulling force,exterior and interior pressure,and check theintensity of the gas flood pipes with three dimension stress intensity theory. Then according tothe actual conditions of the oilfield,seek the optimum,and get the gas flood pipes that meetthe request at last. And then according to the actual conditions,calculate the flexibility underthe working state of the gas flood pipes,choose the auxiliary facility such as the telescopicjoints of the gas flood pipes. |
