Mixing equipment is an important equipment in petrochemical refinery,especially in the large polyethylene,polypropylene,ethylene propylene rubber and PTA device for main reaction in polymerization kettle or related equipment,is the key to the ability to full load continuous operation.But in driving and production operation,often meet with the owner feedback blender severe shaking,mixing equipment shell deformation,the mechanical seal leakage,and a series of serious problems,give owner unit and the maintenance of normal production and pollutant emission detection brings many problems and difficulties,such as persistent is not solved.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the large-scale trend of equipment and equipment has become increasingly obvious,bringing new challenges to the design and operation of equipment.As a large mixing equipment combined with static equipment,the difficulty of design is further increased.For further understanding the mechanical properties of large mixing equipment,provide a reference for engineering practice,this paper by using the conventional method and the finite element method of large mixing equipment head flange sealing flange positions on the key structure strength analysis and optimization,the concrete research content is as follows:(1)Adopt GB150 conventional design method to check the upper flange flange and adjacent large open hole,and provide reference for subsequent calculation.A finite element analysis of the flange structure of the top flange is carried out by using the stress classification method,and the stress level of the flange root and the open hole concentration area under the loading of the inner pressure and the agitator is studied.Results show that the conventional outside the area of law is not very good considering load to take over and the influence of the opening of shell,based on finite element analysis and optimization design method is a kind of reasonable and effective.(2)The increase,the optimized plan for the stiffened plate by changing the number of stiffened plate,length and thickness of the flange on the head flange structure model for finite element analysis,studies the internal pressure and additional load under the action of stirrer flange root of the flange and the stress variation in the hole,high trend.The results show that the number and length of the plate have a great influence on the stress of the flange root and the open hole area,and the thickness of the slab is less affected.(3)The fatigue analysis of flange structure before and after optimization was carried out.
