| The perforated completion is the main way of horizontal well completion,which is widely used in the oil-field production. As the only passage of connecting reservoir and oil well,eyelet is the important factor of affecting horizontal well exploitation impact. In order to achieve the perfect well-bottom communicating condition and the maximal output effect,it is necessary to optimize and design the perforation according to reservoir character.There are several problems in the process of perforated horizontal well exploitation of Dongxin oil field: costly the whole horizontal perforation completion,against the distribution of the liquid seepage field in the closed well zone and the acquirement of the maximum oil and gas output ;dispatched suited relations of the way of horizontal well perforation and reservior geological character,badly phenomena of the edge and bottom water corning. According to the fact production of this reservior,we have developed five aspects work:Based on horizontal well reservior–wellbore coupled mechanism, developing corresponding wellbore-reservior coupled compution program with the limited member self-building system.Based on the reservior seepage model,the eyelet confused flow model,the wellbore piping flow model,establish the horizontal well reservior-wellbore flow coupled model with the coalescent way of the theory resolution and numerical value simulation. On the base of developing different types reservior horizontal well exploitation effect evaluation,according to reservior types,horizontal segment space track,reservior character and so on,targeted on horizontal well balanced production,restricted condition of reservior-wellbore flow coupled model,eatablish the horizontal well perforation parameter optimization model.Though the horizontal well perforation optimization physics simulation test,verify the validity of the horizontal well perforation parameter optimization model and perfect it more. |
