| With the continuous development of horizontal well technology, horizontal wells have been widely used in various types of oil and gas reservoir development. Perforated completion is still the most commonly used method for horizontal well completion today. But in the process of perforated completion for horizontal well, there are many problems such as the high cost of perforating, easily leading the bottom water into ridging and causeing great damage to the casing. This paper has established the optimal model of horizontal length and vertical, the modle of variable density perforation and the model of segregated perforating completion.Taking full account of the pressure drop caused by the flow friction of wellbore, taking advantage of the reservoir simulator software ECLIPSE, which is developed by Schlumberger, to do a great deal of simulation for the established models, and get the best perforated completion program for horizontal well. The results show that:the horizontal well productivity will not be greater when the length of the horizontal section is longer and its position is nearer the top of the reservior, but a reasonable length of horizontal section and vertical position. In the process of performated horizontal well completion, It's not need to perforate all of the entire horizontal well, but only a certain length can get the same effectiveness. Variable density perforated completion and sub-perforated completion not only can effectively control the inflow of horizontal well section, delay bottom water coning, reduce the extent of perforation damage to the casing, but also increase the productivity and ultimate recovery ratio. The simulation enhance the optimization design level of the bottom water reservoir perforated horizontal well completion, and have an important guiding significance and reference to the development of horizontal well for the water drive reservior. |
