| In recent years,with China’s socio-economic development and the significant improvement of the people’s material living standards,various types of intelligent lamps and lanterns have emerged.The current lamps and lanterns are too single and similar in function,lacking individuality and style of expression,which is difficult to adapt to the increasingly diverse and high-end needs of consumers.Therefore,it is imperative to propose new innovative design ideas,and it is urgent to propose and realize the new direction of lighting design in the era of intelligence.At present,the world has entered the information age,people’s clothing,food,housing and transportation are inseparable from the development of science and technology,people use more and more intelligent products,at this time the importance of the interaction between people and products is reflected.With the development of technology,various hardware and software upgrades and iterations,the graphical user interface has been difficult to meet the existing needs,various interaction methods usher in a new change,more natural and closer to people’s behavioral habits of interaction methods to gain people’s favor.In recent years,a new concept of interaction has emerged,namely the interaction paradigm of physical user interfaces(TUIs).This thesis takes intelligent lamps and lanterns as the design object,explores the design method based on the physical interaction interface,and proposes a novel interaction design idea of intelligent lamps and lanterns.The idea aims to break the homogeneity of traditional lamps and enhance the interaction experience between people and products.Using physical interaction technology,the control of intelligent lamps and lanterns is realized through physical solid surfaces.In design practice,the projection operation interface is used,and the user operates the lights in isolation,and uses the camera graphics capture to recognize the user’s gesture movements and obtain the user’s operation,so as to change the lighting effect of the lamps.Users do not need to touch any buttons or screens,but only need to interact with the entities related to the lamps and lanterns in a natural way to effectively realize the control of intelligent lamps and lanterns and achieve personalized lighting effects.Such smart lamps and lanterns not only provide a comfortable and convenient lighting experience,but also can show the user’s personality and taste.In terms of article structure,this thesis first outlines the development history of physical user interfaces,the origin of knowledge,the related theoretical framework and the application areas of physical interaction technologies.The design features of existing smart lamps in the market are sorted out,and the design opportunity points are searched for in the analysis of advantages and disadvantages.Subsequently,the needs of target users are clarified,and the importance of the needs is ranked to guide the subsequent design practice by means of web questionnaires,building Kano models,user interviews and data analysis.Finally,TUI was applied to the design practice of intelligent lamps and lanterns,and intelligent series of lamps and lanterns used in home environment were designed.These intelligent lamps and lanterns have novel interaction methods and beautiful shape design,which meet the lighting needs in many scenarios. |
