Study On Building Resource-saving And Environment-Friendly Society Under The View Of Eco-Productivity

Resources and environment are the foundation for the existence and development of Human being, which are the important material insurance for sustainable development of our country. At present, as the economy's continual growing, the problems of resources-strain and environment degradation are becoming increasingly prominent which has seriously hampered China's economic development. Therefore, the issue of the resources and environment should become the focus which the whole society must pay attention on. In October, 2005, on the 16 Fifth Plenary Session proposed the case of building resource-saving and environment-friendly society. This has made great significance to alleviate the resources-strain problem, to improve the relationship between human being and the natural and to achieve sustainable development for our country. Productivity is the fundamental impetus for development of human society. Eco-productivity is the human ability to promote harmony coordinated, co-prosperity and communal development within human-nature, human-human and human-society.Researching and developing Eco-productivity has important theoretical and practical significance for building resource-saving and environment-friendly society. The study under the view of the Eco-productivity,, takes'building resource-saving and environment-friendly society'as an object, analysis on elements of Eco-productivity, and makes the conclusion that developing Eco-productivity is the power and aim of building resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Finally, in order to promote'building of resource-saving and environment-friendly society'., the paper proposed associated measures to develop Eco-productivity form the visual angle of developing elements of it.
