Pneumatic crusher is a sort of pneumatic tools with the compressed air as power source, which is widely used in secondary crushing of large bulk mining, bedrock driving of municipal building and so on. Its performance detection work has a great significance on ensuring products quality. As most of existing test-bed can only be used for products'sampling inspection and identification, in order to meet the need of mass products examination. This paper developed the test-bed of pneumatic crusher used to production and detection.Based on the detection objects of B67C,B87C types' pneumatic crusher, this paper designed the basic structure of test-bed, presented the performance detection system with comprehensive and automatic digital display, automatically record the results of printing based on computer. The detection system consists of sensors, signal conditioning circuitry, microcontroller, computer, printer and so on. This can detect the impact energy, impact frequency, impact power and other important performance parameters of pneumatic crusher. The main research work is as follows:The test-bed adopted electromagnetic induction performance detection principle. The paper calculated the impact energy of pneumatic crusher with the theorem of momentum. Adopting traditional free-falling body of heavy hammer impact method to dynamic calibrate impact energy ensure that the test and calculation results are accurate.The basic structure of test-bed mechanical parts is investigated, the diagram of mechanical structure is drawn. Aim to two different types pneumatic crusher, the main structure of test-bed is designed and calculated: mass-spring-damper system absorbing block and spring's design and research.The hardware of the test-bed's performance detection system is investigated, the components of sensors, signal conditioning, microcontroller and so on are designed and selected. The basic components of the test-bed's software system are analyzed. Based on virtual instrument Labview, the paper developed the main test interface. The work of pneumatic crusher's performance detection is achieved. Comparing with the traditional field crushing detects testing, it is shows that the detection is speedy, reliable, accurate, low labor intensity, which can effectively determine the quality of products and improve the level of ex-factory examination. |
