The vertical shaft impact crusher has been widely used in typical equipment of theindustry of building materials, metallurgy, and manufactured sand. The rotor is the keycomponents to affect its structural parameters and product performance. As the accelerator ofthe material, the rotor which called new type of rotor-rotor synchronization decide thematerial not only the size of the kinetic energy, as well as the certainty impact and speedconsistency.The principle of deterministic impact technology and the movement of materialsin the new rotor was analyzed in this paper, getting some main parameters between rotorstructure and material projectile speed, such as rotor size, the mounting angle of guidemember, the lag angle and mounting angle of impact plate. Through simulation analysis onthe new rotor and the rotor model, we have obtained the motion characteristics of the materialin the two different rotor and determined the rotor outer radius of500mm, the rotor innerradius of300mm, the guide plate mounting angle of-10°, the impact plate lag angle of19.3°,the impact plate mounting angle of27.9°and4the number of stream crossings.To establish a new rotor model according to the main structure parameters, Then in thedifferent feed particle size and different rotor speed using EDEM software simulation analysismaterials in traditional rotor and10degrees or40degrees, the guide plate mounting angle ofnew rotor. he results show that a material uncertainty impact the implementation and materialsto get the same throw speed in the same feed particle size, the lower guide plate and mountingangle is-10°a new type of rotor rotation speed, the force is smaller, the effect better.Combined with the work characteristics of the main parts of the vertical shaft impactcrusher rotor and the parameters which is been analysis and optimization. Designed new typeof rotor structure, the crushing chamber, spindle systems and other major components inSolidworks. But also determine the corresponding relations of assembly, material and size.
