Schneider (GZ) BUSWAY CO. LTD (Hereinafter called SBG) set up this project. Author developed & manufactured one high industrial protection product----Epoxy Resin Casting BUSWAY. It was the first time that author developed it. Because lack of experience on Epoxy Resin Casting BUSWAY and the BUSWAY design wasn't analyzed and verified the products manufactured had severe short shot size instability and product warpage problem which result in assembly hard and then BUSWAY faced scrap.The research purpose is to implement mass production of Epoxy Resin Casting BUSWAY & resolve quality issue when they are produced based on current company techlogy such asshort shot (that is flowing issue when casted) bubble product dimension instable and product warpage issue in order to make sure it is manufactured smoothly. The main content of the study is as following(1) This article states the basic theory equation and mathematics model of epoxy resin casting busway and to make sure the epoxy resin formula and process technology.(2) This article describes the manufacturing feasibility on epoxy resin busway based on casting test. To use simulation analysis and seek the problem in current casting gate type & postion design and cure solution design and then to seek the main factors to affect the product with short shot bubble size intability and warpage.(3) This article aims to provide the instruction for actual process which studys the four factors in three levels for mixing vacuum degree and casting speed and cure time on product short shot and warpage based on regarding epoxy resin shrinkage combining with injection molding technology solution.(4) This article aims to provide a new curing and cooling solution on epoxy resin castingwhich is to use injection molding solution as reference to optimize the gate type and position to resolve the unbalanced filling problem in the mould.According to this article's research SBG improved the current mould and then manufactured the acceptable products. Finally the Epoxy Resin BUSWAY escaped the failure.
