Because the epoxy resin capable of forming tight cross-linked polymer structures characterized by Mechanical properties and Anti-Corrosion, used especially in anticrossive coatings. Obtained by adding filler to Preparation of epoxy resin based Composites coating can further enhance its performance of anti-crossion.In this paper, in order to get a systematic study of the electrochemical corrosion behaviors of the epoxy resin varnish in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution the Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS), salt spray test were used. We used conductive Polyaniline and Organic nano-montmorillonite as fillers to enhance the anti-corrosion properties of coatings. The effects of different mass ratio of the two fillers in epoxy resin based coatings were observed. Further analysis confirmed Polyaniline and Organic nano-montmorillonite as fillers can improve the anti-corrosion properties of epoxy resin.The anticorrosive performances of pure epoxy resin varnish were poor when it immersed in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution, and Coating get failure faster. At the same time, We used conductive Polyaniline and Organic nano-montmorillonite as fillers to enhance the anti-corrosion properties of varnish. However after Add conductive Polyaniline, the water barrier property was reduced. The protective effect of Polyaniline-epoxy based coating on metal substrate mainly through the reaction between Polyaniline and the matrix metal. It makes the matrix metal passivation occurs and generate passive film, and the passive film to prevent metal corrosion behaviors. The amount of Polyaniline in a certain range the coating could get the better anticorrosive performance, When the Weight ratio of Polyaniline was 0.5%, the corrosion protective properties of epoxy resin coating can achieve the best condition.Electrochemical testing technology, infrared spectroscopy, salt spray test were used to study the anticorrosive mechanism of different content of montmorillonite in the epoxy coating that Immersed in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution. The furthert studies have shown, after small amount of Montmorillonite added to epoxy resin. Because the compatibility between nanoparticles and epoxy resin was enhanced significantly, so the anti-corrosive performances of coatings was increased. However, with the added weight increased, the phase separation behavior can be found between them. The anticorrosive performances of coating were reduced for a gradual increase Porosity ratio of coatings. Experiments have proven when the added amount of montmorillonite in the 1%, the performance of anticorrosive coating can up to a maximum value. After 1920 hours immersed in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution resistance of Coating remained above1011ohm. After 1000 hours salt spray test coating remained intact, Mechanical properties are still tough.
