The Exploitation And Research Of Automatic Stacking And Loading System Of Cement

Industry is a country's economic lifeline. Since the 21st century, with the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of productivity, industrial production raises the demands of the degree of automation. For the cement industry, artificially loading and stacking cannot meet neither the requirement of production efficiency or the safety requirement at all. It has been the goal of the enterprise to load and stack automatically for a long time. This automatic loading and stacking machine that I design is specifically used for the bagged cements which can make high quality and high efficiency of the production.PLC is the general industrial automatic control device, and its core is microprocessor. It can carry out complex production process control. In this paper, the control section of the automatic loading machine and stackers system is composed by Siemens PLC, combined with the output components such as electrical machines for control.The stacking machine has a circle turntable, a setting device, a draw-off device, and a lift device. The workflow is as follows:cement bags fall on the turntable from conveyor belt, and then the circle turntable will rotate or not which is determined by the control program designed based on the production demands. Then the setting device makes the bags settled. After 5 bags, the draw-off device make the plate board draw off. Then the tie strap down, plate board reset, and continue to operate the next stack process.The loading machine mechanism is formed by a level conveyor belt and a slide board device. The designed working process is like this:the conveyor belt delivered cement bags to the level conveyor belt, then the cement bags will drop into the container via the slide board. The level conveyor belt works by the power of the electric drum. Transmission block and lifting block make up of the slide board device. The lifting block and the level conveyor belt are familiar in essence. The lifting block consists of a motor, a reducer, a drum and steel wire rope. Because of the soft characteristics of the cement bags, there is less than two person charge of the loading of the cement bags conveyed to the container of the vehicle.PLC charge of the control of the stacking and loading operations. Siemens S7-200 series PLC is the best represent of miniature programmable logic controller which has been demonstrated. It has a wide range of application, powerful and good stability. Therefore, we use the Siemens S7-200 series PLC to achieve the automatic control of machine operation in this paper, and enhance the productivity significantly.Based on the research of the stacking machine and loading machine which was configured for the control system of PLC, this paper has made a bagged cement loading machine and stackers system with high degree of automation. The system can realize the automatic production for the cement warehouse and enhance the production efficiency significantly. In the near future, this kind of logistics system with automatic control will have more application in every side of the social production.
