With the development of high speed, automation and flexibility of stamping technology, the traditional production mode ot manual operation and artificial feeding is still used in partial stamping production, which has the disadvantages of low production efficiency, inability to guarantee the quality of work pieces and the labor intensity of workers, and can not meet the industrial needs of high-speed development. It was imperative to design a single machine with high production efficiency, high utilization rate and high automation for automatic production with high production efficiency, high utilization rate and high automation in view of large capacity of large closed press and large area of floor space, automation production, design cost and high maintenance cost.According to the characteristics of stamping process, production mode and press structure of the enterprise, this paper puts forward the overall realization scheme of the single machine automatic feeding and unloading system, determines the design requirements, expounds the process flow of the single machine automatic feeding and unloading system, and designs the module for the system, including the block block, the feeding module, the middle module and the upper and lower parts.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing realization forms, each module selected the optimal design scheme for independent design, and made a selection calculation for the key parts of the system and the end of the manipulator. The finite element analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the material truss manipulator on the key module of the system was carried out.The ANSYS Workbench software is used to obtain the equivalent stress stress according to the structural statics finite element analysis and the strength theory. The analysis results show that the static stiffness meets the requirements of use.According to the theoretical basis of modal analysis, the first 6 order modal analysis of the whole was carried out.The simulation results show that the amplitude of each order has little influence on the whole, and the conclusion that it was necessary to control the projecting amount of the pillow was necessary.Through the analysis of frequency response, the frequency response diagram ot the upper and lower truss manipulator was obtained, and compared with the external excitation, the possibility of the whole resonance free was verified. Finally, the whole system was modeled and assembled, the detailed installation and commissioning plan was designed. The scene was simulated, and the adaptability debugging of each module and the whole machine system was carried out.The daily maintenance and safety scheme of the system were designed, and the stability and reliability of the single machine and down feeding system were verified by the actual operation records. The subject takes the stamping production of the large closed press machine for the automobile covering parts of high forging company as the research object.According to the current production situation of most of the enterprises in China, the design and reform of the existing equipment are more economical and practical, and the single machine automatic feeding and unloading system has been developed independently. It is economical, practical and efficient, and the structure is simple and compact. The installation and maintenance can be well applied to the stamping production of multi variety, small and medium volume automobile covering parts, and there is no related product development at home and abroad. It provides valuable reference for the automatic upgrading and upgrading of the same type of stamping production.
