The agriculture and animal husbandry in Xinjiang natural disaster response capacity is low, especially in disaster-prone areas of emergency needs to be strengthened, the level of disaster emergency relief needs to be further improved。The mainly disaster of agricultural and pastoral areas in Xinjiang is meteorological disasters, earthquakes and sandstorms.
